Widgets at screen borders

Widgets at screen borders

Hello!

I want to locate widgets this way: one big widget at the top of screen occupy maximum space and one small widget at the bottom have only they need. Like on the picture.
But I have a trouble: big widget not occupy maximum space or get out of bottom border (but I use scroll view!). And small widget sticks to big one's bottom border. I can't tame their! Please help me.

Thank you, Maxim. Very good article, but it can't help me :'(

In addition, I was try to use DrodDraw. I was create UI i want, but DD's preview and Android's interpretation differs...
