Postby dkkundudolan » Wed May 21, 2008 7:26 am

Hi plusminus,

I want to draw a list screen with few items for that when i will see the list , i can see the image also related with the particular subject.
eg: I created Home Catalog. in Home catalog, when I am openining the Rental (Rental is one category of Home catalog), in the rental type many options are there (Suppose, Single bed room, double bed room etc.) . in those options, i want to keep different images or icon for different options, which will display with the text itself. how can i do?

please reply me fast.

Thanks in advance,
Dolan.

Hi,

a solution would be to create this in an Object Orientated structure.
(Which is what I do in my application)
Just make an object for Options.
Create 2 fields for example, (String) name and (Drawable) icon. Generate getters and setters.
Create an instance for each possible Option and once you read the Option, use the getters to read the specific option value. Like the getName() and getIcon().

Like the idea and/or need more information? Reply here ;-)

Yours sincerely,
Mike
