In Iconified TextList Topic if i want blue bar move on list when it come on last position and we selected it's then move on first position ....if you don't under stand what i am asking please let me know?

sorry not much time. Just have a look on ListView or ListActivity, what you could override.

For the selector color have a look at this:

android.widget.ListView
XMLtag: android:listSelector
Java: setSelector(int)
Drawable to use for the currently selected list item.
