any insight into how do we intercept SMS, as well as how to query SMS content_URI for the list of SMS in the phone? :shock:

I seem cannot find much info. from Google Groups... they really need to brush up their API documents, or samples, or both...

unfortunately SMS is not yet supported ....

Perhaps we could do a SMS-Zipper as a Community-Project, when it can be done

Hey lord,

...not yet implemented.

Yes, I did a compression some years ago, that achieved an compression of about 55% without the knowledge of anything ^^ (It had: a-z and some special-chars like ".", ",", " " )
That are at about 300 characters instead of 150.

So there is definitely more to achieve
