Save the accelerometer calibration values

Postby sebu86 » Thu Mar 31, 2011 3:35 pm

Hello

I´m trying to write an application that calibrates the accelerometer values of my android phone.

I belief i have to save the calibration values in this format in the AK8973Prms.txt file in /data/misc.

cat AK8973Prms.txt
[AK8973]
AOFFSET.x=-8
AOFFSET.y=-16
AOFFSET.z=2

My problem is: i can`t write in /data/misc/AK8973Prms.txt

Is this attempt correct or is their an other way to set the calibration?

I´m happy about every advice i get.
