on windows

run the shell (cmd)
go to your androidtools directory
there is a file there called adb.exe

now type in

adb install "comlete_path_to_your_apkyourapp.apk"

Hi CHAKYANAS,

To change icon place your new icon in the drawable folder and change the AndroidManifest.xml
Syntax: [ Download ] [ Hide ]
Using xml Syntax Highlighting
  1.
  2. <application android:icon="@drawable/newicon">
  3.
  4.
Parsed in 0.000 seconds, using GeSHi 1.0.8.4
