Recording H-Res

Postby Ketzusaka » Thu Jun 10, 2010 8:50 pm

Hello,

I'm trying to create a video recording application. I've been successful getting small videos to record using the MediaRecorder class. What I've tried to do is the MediaRecorder.setVideoSize() method, but the output comes out green and disrupted. However, I have a Android 1.6 HTC Hero, and I'm not sure if the videos recorded can be higher than that :/

Could someone please fill me in on if it's my device, or I need to do something else to get high resolution video?

Thanks so much!
