Problem with SQLite database connection

I have tried to create a table in SQLite and i tried to insert some values in to it and fetch it. But it is giving an error in LOG

E/PackageManager(465): Package com.google.android.CellIDToLatLong has mismatched uid: 10025 on disk, 10043 in settings
E/Database(737): Failed to open database file "databases/MyDataBase" - unable to open database file

The code which i have tried is this

Anyone please help me to solve this.

Hello NithinG,

SQLite-DBs are currently a bit buggy. Seem to crash internally.

Maybe give a try to "-wipe-data"
