MMS Problem

Postby bouncyman » Sat Sep 11, 2010 10:56 am

Hi everyone,
I"m trying to take a screen shot of my current screen and then send it out as an MMS... here's what I have so far:

Intent sendIntent = new Intent(Intent.ACTION_SEND);
sendIntent.putExtra("sms_body", "Check out my PixMash!");
Bitmap bmp = Bitmap.createBitmap(mainContainer.getWidth(), mainContainer.getHeight(), Bitmap.Config.RGB_565);
mainContainer.draw(new Canvas(bmp));
String url = Images.Media.insertImage(getContentResolver(), bmp, "title", null);
sendIntent.putExtra(Intent.EXTRA_STREAM,Uri.parse(url));
sendIntent.setType("image/png");
startActivity(sendIntent);

when the code is called, I get a pop up menu asking me how I want to share the picture... the problem is I want to able to use Messaging and it's not one of the options. Gmail and Facebook are options, along with various other programs and they all work...
I set
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.SEND_SMS"></uses-permission>
in my manifest... I really need some help!
Thanks guys
