Hi,

Thank you Phyll for ur fast reply.. :)

I tried what u said..
But same error is coming in emulator and application just exited from that.. :(

And Logcat shows same errors as mentioned in the above post.. :(

What might be the prob thenn ..??
Bit worried where actually prob is..??

Hi Mounika,

As I said, what I sent you back worked fine. I ran it on a version 2.1 emulator. So I will send you the project and you can try to get it working. If you are using Eclipse you will have to create a new project from an existing one or use the import. You can always just copy the code as it is. But it should work or something else is really wrong.

Hi Phyll...

Thank u so much...
I was using android 4.0.3...
the main diff was you extended Activity withe the class..
But i had extended ListActivity..
so it was not coming..
now its working in both 4.0.3 ans 2.1.. :)


But its showing empty to-do list since i dint add any info to it.. :P

Hi Phyll i have one doubt..
Can u plz clarify that to me..

I am streaming some audio files from remote URL in 4.0.3..
now my doubt is that can i do remote streaming in any SDKprior to 2.1 or in 2.1...??
if yes can u tel me how..??

Hi Mounika,

I don't know a lot about streaming audio so I may not be qualified to answer that. But here is a tutorial that shows how to do that, clear back to version 1.0 :

I don't know if that's the same way as version 4 but maybe it will help you decide.
