Hi All,

I have my own custom library apk file (say lib.apk) & i want make it available to other applications.
How to import the custom libraries (library which is an apk) packages to other apps ?

Kindly suggest if any one has worked on this topic.

Thanks

You should make the .jar available to other developers, not the .apk. As the apk contains the dalvik code and to use the library developers need the java code so the java compiler can link (is this correct for java?) it in your classes.

You can also communicate to other apks using Intents, the core-feature of Android.
One would publish the apk together with some information on the Intent it can handle and that would be fine too.
