I tried Log.i("blabl", "blabl"); - but this did not throw a message on the eclipse handler.. any ideas why?

use the logcat view in eclipse. cause android is running in its own vm it cant log to the eclipse console but has to do this using a network connection.
logcat shows everything logged by the android Log.class
