i want if any notification mes,Alert mes (for example battery low,network mes) show on home screen then how to i know....for that what APl use...

Let me rephrase your question:

You wan't your application to get notified if any Alert of Toast pops up, doesn't matter in which application you are at that moment?
And you wan't to know what the solution is for that?
