Getting Out of memory error

Hi friends,
I conld't able to open any java or XML files in eclipse. Whenevrr i open the files its showing an error that,

an internal error occured while showing an internal error.
you are recommended to exit the workbench
subsequent errors may happen and may terminate the workbench without warning. See the .log file for more details



Please help me friends, How to aolve the issue?
Its very urgent. Here i attached the screenshot of error message.

Your help is more valuable.

I've found reinstalls usually fix things. Also make sure that you check the MD5 of the downloads installed. It may sound like a pain, but it can save a heap of time and bandwidth.
