Checking integrity of files saved locally (MD5/SHA)?

Postby xMemphisx » Mon Oct 27, 2008 10:37 pm

Is there any way built into android to do a checksum of files that are saved locally on the phone to make sure that the files haven't been modified in any way? I was looking for something similar to an MD5 or SHA1 checksum for files. Any advice?

No problem, it's a default java class, though.
