Put your problem here if it does not fit any of the other categories.

and u said that leave the android a side....but how its possible?

Android is using the Google contacts, so it's enough to syncronize the Nokia contacts to Google and the Android device will pick it up from there. I think you are referring to a totally mobile app based solution where two apps (one on the Symbian device and one on the Android device) would do a bluetooth sync or something similar, right?

I haven't found such a app so far. One would have to develop two mobile apps for two different platforms (for Nokia and Android). Or at least one app that reads the address book information (on the Nokia) and uploads it to the Google servers (and, as I said, the Android phone will get those in a couple of seconds automatically). But, again, I haven't seen such an app.

Yes, you could write an Android app that writes the contacts to a comma separated file (csv) onto the SD card in the phone, but in this case you would need to use the Nokia PC Suite to import this file, so it's not much better.

Writing two mobile apps that talk over bluetooth is the best option, but it requires some time and effort and possibly good money if you want it to be developed by someone else.

I have no experience with the Android Bluetooth API and by what I've read it's not usable yet. Try searching this forum for bluetooth related articles.

Once again. Leave Android out of it. Your Android powered phone automatically syncing with gmail contacts by design. So what you need to do just get you Nokia contacts to be in sync with Gmail contacts. Have two phones talking via bluetooth is surely fancy but useless, considering the goal.

And you have options
1) Buy this http://www.goosync.com/ that should get you where you want to be.
2) Write the stuff yourself. Or search NOKIA forums for solution which is free.

Writing anything on Android platform to accomplish this task is possible but WHY ?

Ok i'll try once again.
1) It has nothing to do with Android ! :)
2) we have two different problems here to solve .

Problem #1 : I have a Nokia s60/s40 phone, i'm going to get a Android powered device which i'm going to use and it's going to be my only device after that .
Solution to problem #1 ( in detail somebody already posted it to this forum and bunch of other forums ) but basically what you need to do EXPORT your contacts from Nokia to csv file and then Import them to gmail contacts. After you connect your android phone to the network - your contacts will be there. Estimate time to do that - 20 minutes, difficulty level 0.

Problem #2 : I have Nokia s60/s40 device and going to get Android device. I'm going to carry both of them all the time. How to keep my contact in sync.
Solution: in order archive this goal you need live sync your Nokia contacts to Gmail contacts. This can be done by third party utility similar to Goosync ( runs about 19 pounds a year). Or by writing your own utility which will sync it google contacts. Same thing can be also archived by phone-to-phone sync, which in my opinion a strange solution, because it would involve development on both platforms. And writing for S60 is no picnic from what i've heard.
