I am wondering how it would be possible to connect to a non-local database to display information through Android.

This would mean executing SQLite queries through Android and then display the results on-screen. Any help would be much appreciated!

So, in essence, one would create a variety of references to PHP files on a webserver that would in turn modify the database?
