i think this kinda terms are quite ok...

what i think they want to express or get save for is:

if someone uses the gps and the camera for making geotagged images this is a idea they might not have had.
but they find it quite nice so they implement it right to their code...

and this may be called "idea theft" or whatever...

i think google is powerfull, but it is quite fair to everyone...

Did anyone send additional information (like a pdf listing the features and a "How-To") along with the apk
