Hey everone! After about a year of Java programming, I stepped over to Android development and decided to search for a forum to both share my knowledge in the hopes that others can learn, and to learn new things for myself! After a quick google search, AndDev.org definitely jumped out at me as the best forum to join! I hope to be able to contribute to the community and help out others as much as possible!

As a side note: I speak fluent English and Dutch, with a solid knowledge of German and French, so if anyone has trouble understanding something in a language they don't speak, be sure to PM me, and I'll do my best to translate it for you! :)

Hi. I am from Finland and I work for small hardware manufacturer on smart building technologies. In my spare time I work on different topics and recently I have tried to document some of those to my blog http://www.zeroshore.com. My interests range from robotics to controlling computers with brainwaves.

I started playing around with android about a year ago and I have managed to create two games with it. I have been working on different coding languages for about 15 years from first touch with QBasic :D to JAVA and C++ now.

One of more interesting projects from this year. A bot that runs when your attention rises enough.

Brand new android programmer here. Came here after watching the 200 The New Boston android tutorials... currently working on my first app. At first, things were going smoothly now I want to throw my PC across the room and stomp on Eclipse, Java, & Android...

Does it ever get any easier ;)?

Anyone have recommendations on a good place to start on Anddev to continue my learning?

Hi Guys

I am a Software Developer from Gran Canaria/Spain (I left Austria some years ago) and are always looking out for good Android Places to get some feedback for my projects.

I started releasing Android Games some months ago - like to code them. Mainly I develop software for customers, bigger projects on various plattforms and languages.

Have a nice day ;-)
