The deadline for the ADC 2 is August 31- It's now August 19th, and I can't for the life of me figure out where to upload an APK. I checked the main page, there were links to privacy policy, terms & conditions, a brief timeline... but no "To enter, click here!" I feel like I'm overlooking something obvious.

Has anybody in these forums actually entered yet? And if so... how?
