Great site! Love it!!

I am new to Droid dev and am looking to develop an app to do the following to display my 3d artwork.

1- Simple home screen
2- Display a 3x9 grid of various artwork I have created
3- Choose a specific image which then opens to fill screen
4- have the option to set as the wallpaper on the device
