can you post a tutorial on how to scale a bitmap especially if it is too large to fit in the screen. I was able to use matrix to scale but i still can't figure out how to translate so that when i zoom in, it will translate to the correct coordinates (zoom in the center). Also can you provide on how to scroll the image when it is too large.
