novice-tutorials-f8/recognize-react-on-incoming-sms-t295.html
That tutorial gives you an idea of how Android is set up to react to different events (well, to an SMS received). You should be able to build on that by looking at the developer.android.com website and other resources.

Hello ant-ares-m,

well as said by orhanc1,tutorial given below :
http://www.anddev.org/novice-tutorials-f8/recognize-react-on-incoming-sms-t295.html
completely explain SMS activity

For getting Outgoing Calls notification you can use PhoneStateListener or ACTION_NEW_OUTGOING_CALL
Intent. Following link helps you in Intent Implementation :

hi,

about the outgoing call, can I change my sim network to a wifi network?

for example in sim1(network: Smart), I want to change(only in the application, maybe setting the attibute to change the network) the network Smart to the network i am connected by a wifi, to be able to call to a VoIP server I established. Can this be possible?

any help would be much appreciated.

best regards,
