Hi.. plusminus.. and everybody..

I try to run the android global time project which is downloaded from the internet..

In that project file, the asset folder contains the cities_en.dat file.. i cant open that file..

How to read the content of the .dat file? even i cant open with notepad, wordpad, visual basic,

ms word, ms excel.

So please help me how to read the .dat file content?
