I want to develop app,that should be actually a graph,which I want to see anytime I am using the phone. Graph is actually runtime generated bitmap/drawable refreshed each second,that I want to put to the front of the screen,exactly as "Network Monitor Mini" works.

Can anyone please provide me a sample program,that lets me put a bitmap on the screen,as the app is started?
