i need an rating bar in my application,like showing 5 stars and user click on stars to give rating...plz provide me some llink or code...

Since this is my first post on this forum (hello everyone ), I am not allowed to post links. But try to find API Demos on the developer.android.com site, there is Rating Bar code which does exactly what you want.
