Hai to all,

I need to store the text file in Phone memory except application path.I tried to store the file in "data/anr" folder but it throws an exception. Can i store a file in phone memory ? or Is there any user-permission to do it (like: <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" /> ) ?

Please advice me

Thanks in advance,

the path is:

/data/data/<application package>

so if your package is called com.exampleApp, the path would be
/data/data/com.example/

edit: sorry, misread. You CANNOT store to phone memory outside of your application directory (noted above).
