Simple HTTP sample code

Hi All,
I'm new to Android and have the 0.9 beta SDK version. It would be great to get a simple HTTP client that posts some data to the server in the localhost.

Any help is appreciated.

the new sdk migrated from apache commons-httpclient to apache httpcomponents.
is anyone familiar with this newer apache project ?

Hi.

If you want use mulipart posts , you have to link some additional librarires, since multipart entities are not supported in sdk. ( for more info look at http://groups.google.com/group/android- ... 6772?tvc=2 )
