So I was thinking about creating an image based app such as picplz, color, instagram, or flickr. The question is what type of hosting do I need to host images? I'm pretty sure a shared hosting is out of the question since theres so much limitations. I was thinking about VPS but for example hostgator has vps hosting for $20/month for only 10gb of space. I think thats a little steep but do-able but isnt 10gb way too small? Anyways if anything can point me to the correct type of hosting and suggest any hosting sites would be much appreciated. And to add a little bit more information, I'm just a student trying to develop on the android format so I don't have that much funds. Thank you!
