Now I can query contact name and number from content.provider.people. However, the number I got was only the mobile number. I want to get all numbers of each person; for example, home, work, mobile, other, fax_home, and work_home.

I know we can use people.phone to get other numbers, but I don't know how to get in that data.

Accessing people.phone should be the same as just people.
