Put problems with the Android NDK in this forum.

Please, help me to install lighttpd server on android.
It's problematic for me, lighttpd is a C application, and I'm absolutely novice in android development.
I found that article, but i don't know how I shall build the app, and finally install it on emulator of device.

You can run lighttpd just fine in a Debian chroot on Android. sshd as well, and other things too. We've made a free Android app that is a Debian chroot installer and manager. Try it out, its called Lil' Debi. The idea is to make it as "one-click" as possible. It's mostly tested on CyanogenMod, but we hope to support regular Android, etc.
