I ordered several items from Chinabuye. They arrived in good time but the package was damaged and unfortunately the car video recorder would not work after the battery was charged. I reported this to their customer support not expecting much help. To my surprise the response was quick and they sent me a label to return the item to the local depot in the UK. This I did and after a short time I was advised that a new unit would be sent and the postage costs I incurred would be repaid. This happened two days later. Excellent service and I would recommend Chinabuye to friends without hesitation.
