I want make automatization for my Andoid project.

In my project i have JNI code with Android.mk project file.

How to build so library from command line ? whats command i should to use? (without eclipse).

You need to download Android's NDK (http://developer.android.com/sdk/ndk/index.html). This will allow you to build .so libraries. From the command line, you can then run ndk-build from wherever it is you extract the NDK folder.
