ASUS presents a quick run-through of the brand new ASUS Vivo Tab RT (TF600), running Windows RT.The newly designed, optional mobile dock provides extended battery life, keyboard, touchpad and additional connectivity via a USB port — you can even connect game controllers! The ASUS Vivo Tab RT also comes with MS Office 2013 preinstalled, making it the ideal tablet for all around use.

If you happen to have a great collection of DVD movies, it certainly is a good idea to play them on Asus Windows 8 Vivo Tab RT . Unfortunately, just as the world always lacks perfect things, Vivo Tab RT is no exception, it has no DVD player at all just like all Asus Tablets. So if we wanna to watch and enjoy DVD discs on Asus Vivo tab, a professional third party DVD ripper becomes a must.

Quick Guide to Transfer Blu-ray/DVD to Asus Vivo Tab RT(Windows 8 RT) H.264 video (*.mp4) with 30% off VivoTab RT DVD Converter .

Before ripping DVD to VivoTab RT, you need to download DVD to Asus VivoTab RT Converter Pro to your computer first.

Step 1: Load DVD Movies or DVDs Folder.
Insert DVD disc to the DVD drive, click the disc button to add the DVD movies you want to play on your Vivo Tab RT.

Step 2:Choose Output Video Format.
Choose Asus VivoTab RT friendly format as the output video format tapping the Format menu. Here you can choose Common Video > H.264 Video(*.mp4) as the output video format.

Step 3: Specify the output H.264 MP4 video.

Click “Settings” to adjust the resolution, bit rate, frame rate, etc. You can set the video size as “1366×768“, video codec as “H.264” and audio codec as “AAC“. For me, watching videos on the Windows RT based tablet, 720p with 2000kbps is just all right as the bitrate higher results in big file size, and lower visible quality loss.

Step 4: Start the DVD movies to H.264 MP4 video conversion.
Click the “browse” button to set output location, and click the “Convert” button on the main interface to start converting DVD movies to Vivo Tab RT MP4.

When the conversion ends, you will get the output effortlessly. Then, you can watch 1080p/720p HD videos on Asus VivoTab RT anytime and anywhere.
