can anybody tell me how to make a phone call from one emulator from another????

As of right now, the android emulator cannot make calls and can only receive fake calls from a console. All you can do is open a console that connects to your emulator and send a simulated phone call which the emulator can then handle.

is it programatically make call in android is possible or not??
and how can get fake sms in android?

You can get fake sms from one emulator instance to another. Or else you can use DDMS->Emulator Control and in the incoming number type the port number of the emulator.
