onPreViewFrame obtain wrong data

onPreViewFrame obtain wrong data

I decode the data obtained from onPreViewFrame to ARGB, then display image on the SurfaceView. It works fine but the images displayed after decoding is just the last frame obtained from Camera app in my G1, not real time data. What happened ?
