hi im using eclipse to develop an application on an android emulator.
so im using the android sdk but the thing is.... im supposed to make a voice recognition-type application. seeing how there is no speech api, how do i go about doing it?

i read elsewhere that previous versions of the sdk had the speech api and that it was taken down in a later version. if so, what is the 'earliest' version of the sdk with the speech api in it?

haha its for my school's project and i only have 10 weeks left
