How to keep the file in buffer and forward it ?

Hi all,
I'm writing an application which needs to process the image file on Server side,and i want to keep the image file in the buffer and forward it to PC rather than save it on memory,does any one has any idea how i can do that?

by the way i'm using MediaStore at the moment to save it on the SDcard.
