[Step 1] Add Blu-ray movie to the Blu Ray Ripper

You can directly load your Blu-ray disc into the Blu Ray Ripper from your BD Drive, or from the Blu-ray folder or a Blu-ray ISO image file stored on your computer's HDD.



[Step 2] Set output format

Click on the "Format" drop-down from the "Format List". PavTube Blu Ray lists format in several sections like "Common Video" "HD Video", "Apple TV" "iPad", etc.

If you have an audio receiver connected to your Apple TV

[*]To AirPlay Blu Ray from PC/Mac to Apple TV 2, choose Apple TV 2 Dollby Digital Pass-through (*.m4v) 720p.
[*]To AirPlay Blu Ray from PC/Mac to Apple TV 3, choose Apple TV 2 Dollby Digital Pass-through (*.m4v) 720p or 1080p.

Choose the above formats, you Blu Ray movies will be ripped to M4V with 5.1 Dollby Digital Surround. The converted video file will be airplay to Apple TV and be played in surround sound when Apple TV is connected to an audio receiver.

If you do not have an audio receiver connected to your Apple TV

[*]To AirPlay Blu Ray from PC/Mac to Apple TV 2, choose Apple TV H.264 1280*720 (*.m4v).
[*]To AirPlay Blu Ray from PC/Mac to Apple TV 3, choose Apple TV H.264 1280*720 (*.m4v) or Apple 10920*1080(*.m4v).
[*]To AirPlay Blu Ray from PC/Mac to the first generation Apple TV, choose Apple TV H.264 720p*480p(*.m4v).

To AirPlay Blu Ray from iPad/iPod/iPhone to Apple TV/Apple TV 2/Apple TV 3, choose approciate video format from the specific format section like iPad,iPod or iPhone.



[Step 3] Advanced Settings

Click on "Settings" to open the "Profile Settings" windows where you can adjust video codec, video size, video Bitrate, video frame rate, audio codec, audio sample rate, audio bitrate, audio channels.

To rip and convert blu Ray to video with 5.1 sorround sound, you can set audio channels to 5.1 Channels from Stereo.

Merge your Blu Ray disc to integrated one: By default, Pavtube Blu Ray Ripper rip each tile to an individul file. To Rip Blu Ray to integrated one, Check the option of "Merge into One".

[Step 4] Start Ripping Blu Ray disc

Simply click "Convert" button to rip Blu-ray.

[Step 5] AirPlay Blu Ray from PC/Mac/iPad/iPod/iPhone to Apple TV

Start iTunes, and then choose File -> Add File to Library to import the converted video files to iTunes or simply drag and drop the converted files to the iTunes Movie Library.

Hit on "Play Movie" button in iTunes. The movie will start playing. You'll notice an AirPlay icon [AirPlay icon] AirPlay icon in the bottom right corner of the iTunes application show up. Click it, select "Apple TV" and your video will begin streaming from Mac/iMac/Macbook/PC.



To Airplay Blu Ray from iOS devices iPad/iPhone/iPod touch, click "Open Folder" to locate the converted video and drag to iTunes and transfer to iPad/iPhone/iPod touch. Tap the AirPlay icon in a video app. Then videos will be streamed to your HDTV via your Apple TV.
