export apk with sdcard image?

Postby Domino » Sat Jan 08, 2011 6:10 pm

Hello world,

I'm doing my first steps with audio rendering.
I wrote a very simple mp3 player, based on this tutorial. I pushed some mp3 files into my avd's sdcard and it play nicely.
Now, what happens if I want to send the apk to my friend? can he still be able to play the music?
do I need to send him the sdcard image I'm using in my app?
and what happens where the end user need to use the app? can I somehow store the mp3 files in the apk?
I tried to save them in res\raw, but the debugger said there is no enough room for 5 mp3 files.
