do android can play flash? as we all know , the flash format is .swf . Thank you!

Short answer : no

Long answer : There is a player on the Hero phone, and Adobe is working on a efficient player, and it should come at some point, included with Android.
But don't expect good performances : Flash is a big consumer of CPU and memory, and not a friend of embedded system...
