Copy file from from Project Package to SD card

Hi All,

I am new to Android coding so sorry if i am being very n00by. I have searched around for hours on this and many other forums to try and find out the below:

I have made a simple soundboard app but am trying to copy the .mp3 file from the project raw folder into a specified directory on the sd card. I have the onlongclick listener setup but just can't get it to copy the files across.

Has anyone got a code snippet on how to do this?

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

This is the code that will get you on the right path.

Took some figuring out for me, and a LOT of help from Mark Murphy ( http://commonsware.com/index.html ). So I finally was able to get my soundboard working.
