Best video format for Android?

Postby ericmahlon » Fri Aug 06, 2010 8:15 pm

For my app based on my webseries, I was going to link to the youtube playlist for all the episodes.

However, I wanted to offer a high quality of the first episode that can be stored on the phone to be played without a web connection.

Anyone have a suggestion on the best combo of file type and target size (7 minute video). I see export options for 3G, but have heard mp4 works too. Is there a certain setting when exporting I should look for?

Thanks
Eric

Sorry don't know about export settings but I've got mp4 video's that work.

Your 3rd option is to load the Youtube HD version of episode 1? just a thought
