Observation:

When entering text in the message box, I pressed the carriage return button to get a new line. Instead of a new line, the message was sent to the recipient.

Is it intentional that the carriage return button sends the message, or is it a bug?

How do I get a new line? (On my RAZR2 V9, holding down the space button for more than 2 seconds gave me a new line).
