hi guys, what are the best openstreetmap tutorials you can share that are suitable for a beginner like me. For example just displaying a map in an emulator and does not use internet. I am planning to use offline map.

Also, if you can share best openstreetmap editor, and can be used in Android. If ever I can learn how to display an offline map. I would like to map an Island, and does not include other places.
