I'm not sure if JDK compatible with Windows 7, but you should found keytool in JDK.
Try to search at SUN web site for windows 7 JDK

I've had no issues running JDK1.5 and JDK1.6 on my windows 7 machine. Windows mobile spy is something that is really fast finding.

hi! im new in android dev. im still a student and im trying to create an android app with a google map on it. so i did everything instructed in the developer site. downloaded downloaded and installed jdk eclipse and the sdk package. after that i installed the adt plugin and the android platform. at first i didnt really have a problem. it worked fine but i had to do a full reformat on my win 7 pc so i had to do everything again. this time. i didnt get any errors but then. i cant find the debug.keystore file. i already tried showing hidden files. searched for it. made sure the path was right. but nothing. did the whole process again but still no luck. any help?
