Multiple Map Overlays

Postby AR4G4 » Thu Nov 18, 2010 10:44 pm

first i want to say, i'm glad that i found such nice android community. i read already often here, but now i registerd and want to participate :)

i am curently working on a small map-application, which has to show me just 18 fixed POI, spread over a whole country. after i used the helloMap tutorial on the official android dev page, i started to code every single point for itself. everyone has it own location and icon. i am still not finished, so thats i want to know, if there is another possibility to implement my Point of interests in a easier way.

i am quite new to android and thats why i would appreciate, if someone could post a hint or a link to a tutorial, where such an problem is disussed or solved in a better way.

thanks a lot
