mediaplayer error(-38,0) while click on song

Hi all,
I am trying to play the tracks from ListView. When I click on song the playing song jumping and another song playing instead of clicked song. In LogCat it shows

ERROR/MediaPlayer(14532): error (-38, 0)
ERROR/MediaPlayer(14532): Attempt to call getDuration without a valid mediaplayer

how I control the jumping of songs... is any wrong with me...?
