Hi I have a new concept called as Just in Location Learning (JILL). JILL is an application where by using mobile phones you can get the information of all static things for a limited area say a building.
This application starts with a map showing your current location and as soon as you start moving it will change you r location and display the information related to the static things near you.

Can anyone help me from where should I start.
or if anyone can make it for me I would be grateful to him/her
