I used a Pinnacle Liquid Edition ver 5.6 to edit my video files, but currently I switch to FCP on my new macbook pro 2012. How can I import the edit program into FCP to restart?

ProRes is FCP liked codec, you just need convert your video files to ProRes codec, there will be no problem. There is a third party software called Pavtube HD video Conveter for Mac recommended. It will help you convert various video format including AVI, MKV, MXF, MTS, MOV etc to FCP compatible ProRes codec, you can download a free trail version to check it out.
